Lifetime guarantee? Says who?
A few years ago I needed a suit. I’m like most guys who work in the automotive industry. I wear a uniform to work, and only wear a suit to weddings and funerals. So a suit lasts me a long time, except for the little issue of my clothes shrinking in the closet from one year to the next.
I went shopping at the Kuppenheimer men’s store in South County. The salesman told me that they offered free alterations for the life of the suit. That sounded like a good deal to me, so I bought one.

Fast-forward ahead three years. The suit is great, except that is doesn’t fit any more. No problem, I’ve got free lifetime alterations. Only the entire Kuppenheimer chain of stores doesn’t exist any more.

Most auto repair shops offer a guarantee. Most people in the auto repair industry are honest. But this is a tough, competitive industry. How many closed auto repair shops do you drive by in St. Louis? Have you seen the “For Lease” signs on all the closed service stations and shops?

Najjar Car Care is here to stay. We own our buildings; we don’t rent. Remember the Johnny Londoff Chevrolet commercials? “We own our building and lot…” We can say the same thing. Our shop on Hampton was rented by several different auto shop business over the years. They would stay a few years, then pack up and go. Because we own our buildings, we plan to stay around a long time.

Any guarantee is only as good as the person or company that offers it. We are proud of the work we do, and chose to use our own name in our business. Najjar Car Care would like to provide your entire tire and service needs, now and many years into the future.

Our Limited Warranty Policy

WHAT OUR WARRANTY COVERS: Najjar Car Care will repair or replace any defective part that we install at no cost to you during the warranty period. Replacement parts are warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED: Damage due to abuse, neglect, accident, or failure to perform scheduled preventative maintenance or corrective maintenance. Incidental claims from loss of use of the vehicle, towing charges, car rental fees are not covered. Expense incurred at any other repair facility or parts store are not covered. No cash reimbursements will be made.

IF YOU HAVE A POSSIBLE WARRANTY CLAIM: Call us first. Do not authorize any repairs at any other shop. Call us and we will advise you how to best proceed.
